Guarantee

Autobush products are guaranteed against defects caused by faulty materials or manufacture for 2 years from date of purchase . They are not guaranteed against defects arising from incorrect fitting or use other than the Autubush reccomended application .

The guarantee will be invalid by using the product for Motorsport in any form.

If you have bought the items direct from us via our website or otherwise please return the failed items stating clearly when and how purchased together with the details of the vehicle they were fitted to ( make, model , registration number ) and the date of failure .In the event of the claim being validated Autobush reserve the right to replace or refund at their discretion . If the goods are deemed faulty Autobush will refund the lowest available cost of return .

If you have bought the items from a third party retailer please contact them and follow their instructions for return under warranty.

Autobush retain the right to refuse a refund at our own discretion.

V.A.T.

Our prices clearly indicate whether VAT is included or not. VAT at the current rate is payable on all goods delivered to the UK & the EU. In the case of EU VAT registered traders, this may be exempted subject to us having sight of the relevant documents. For shipments outside the EU, the VAT may be exempted providing we ship the goods abroad.


Prices

Our prices are subject to alteration (up or down) without prior notification. We advise that, whether you are placing your order by telephone, email, fax, mail or any other means, you should check the current prices with our sales office first. Remember that any prices shown in magazines could well be out of date, said magazines are often kept for a long time! Sometimes we may make a pricing error (yes really!). In that instance we retain the right to charge the correct price. Sometimes you may see items that have no prices listed or are priced as £00.00. They are not free, the price has simply not been added yet! Note that as we are only human we sometimes make mistakes in email & phone pricing & we reserve the right to correct these - we will always inform you of any changes before going ahead with your order.


Deliveries

Delivery charges where shown on our website or in our adverts are for guidance only. We recommend that you check the charges with our sales office prior to placing your order. This particularly applies to items sent to addresses outside the UK mainland as we will need to weigh the items concerned. Wherever we quote delivery times, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for late delivery. We will always do our best to ensure that the customer receives the goods when expected, but sometimes things do go wrong! We recommend that you don't make any specific arrangements to have parts fitted until they have arrived. Please note that under no circumstances will any carriage charges be refunded for items that have been sent outside of the UK mainland.


Loss/Damage in Transit & shortages

We make all efforts to ensure that all goods that leave our warehouse are securely packaged to minimise any possible damage in transit. Please note that where goods are despatched by first class mail or parcel post we cannot be held responsible for loss in transit. Once you or the person receiving the goods has signed for them as being received in "good condition" we may not be able to make a claim from the couriers. We suggest that if you are in any doubt about the condition of the package, that it be signed for as "not checked", or if it is obviously damaged or opened as "received damaged". In any case you should inspect the goods as soon as possible after receipt, notifying our sales office immediately if there appears to be a problem. Written confirmation within 72 hours would also be a help.


Returns

Please contact us to obtain a returns number which must be clearly shown on the returned parcel. Return authority must be obtained from us within 14 days of receipt and the goods returned immediately thereafter. The cost of returning the goods safely to us is your responsibility & they must be securely packed & insured. We may in some cases be able to arrange for collection but the cost of this will be your responsibility. The fact that said goods have been collected does not guarantee that they were securely packaged for return. We may not be able to accept back non-faulty goods that have been supplied to your specific order or damaged during return transit or fitting. The goods must be returned to us in saleable condition. Some special order items correctly supplied may not be returnable depending on the manufacturer’s policy on returns. Refunds are normally made within 30 days in the same manner as the original payment, i.e. visa etc.


Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights under current English legislation are not affected. All orders are subject to current English legislation.
